At our custom hat studio, you'll enjoy a personalized experience from start to finish. Our skilled stylists will assist you with selecting the perfect style and fit. After selecting your hat, you will then have the opportunity to choose from 1,000's of accessories to customize. Once you've made your selections, your stylist will create your custom hat on the spot and you'll take it home the same day! Ask about branding and personalized laser designs.

We pride ourselves on offering a wide range of price points for everyone to enjoy this experience. Vegan/suede hats start at just $50, straw hats range around $85, and our best selling wool/felt hats are priced at $120. The highest quality hats we carry range from $180 to $220. Customization packages average $50, with additional premium items individually priced. Branding on boots, hats or other leather items is $10 per character. Custom laser designs vary depending on set up time and intricacy, but average $25.

We work with several brands to hand select the highest quality, ethically produced hats, with the most reasonable price points possible. Current brands include Twister, Gone Country, Bullhide, and Summit. Specialty orders on premium high-quality materials are possible by request.

Walk-ins are welcome during business hours. However, an appointment is encouraged for groups of 3 or more so that we can ensure staff are available to provide the personalized support we are known for. VIP Custom Hat Parties for groups of 4+ are by appointment only, after business hours.

Making a single custom hat usually takes an average of 30 minutes, however groups can take an hour or two and we will never rush you! Take all the time you want. If you have a brunch or dinner reservation, please let us know and we will make sure to keep your appointment flowing smoothly.

There is no charge for appointments made during business hours. VIP Custom hat parties require a $20 deposit per person to secure the date - this deposit is good toward the purchase of hats. There is no additional fee for the venue - our space is your space!

A good estimate of time for a group party is two-hours. You will have the undivided attention of two expert hat stylists. In addition to the hat studio, you will have access to private shopping in the boutique. You are welcome to bring snacks, drinks and even specialty party decor. The Coburg Mercantile generously offers a 15% discount on catering for all hat parties - free delivery included.

YES! We have a steamer and can clean, size and reshape your hat. Let us breathe new life into that old lid of yours. Bring it by and we will see what we can do! Cost ranges from $20-$30 depending on how extensive the restoration.
